The monster pumpkins festival is pittsburgh’s signature fall event, drawing tens of thousands of spectators over two days of giant pumpkin fun.

The regatta will take place when high tide allows each year. From august to december, the grounds of the palace host the world’s largest pumpkin exhibition, part of baroque in bloom palace gardens (blühendes barock), a vast horticultural show with a different theme.
